Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By engaging Byte Labs for integration and automation services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Byte Labs provides:

• Custom integration development and implementation
• Workflow automation design and deployment
• System architecture consulting
• Ongoing maintenance and support as agreed

3. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information about your systems
• Grant necessary access to systems requiring integration
• Respond promptly to requests for information or decisions
• Maintain appropriate backups of your data

4. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Client retains ownership of their data and existing systems
• Custom code developed for the client becomes client property upon full payment
• Byte Labs retains rights to general methodologies and non-client-specific code

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives termination of services.

6. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements
• Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month
• Work may be suspended for overdue accounts

7. Limitation of Liability

Byte Labs' liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Client remains responsible for payment of work completed.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Byte Labs is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
